PRISM BLOCKS / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Effective / last revised:
Your board and score stay in the open game page. Hosting and security services process technical requests separately from your game.
1. Who is responsible
This policy explains how PRISM BLOCKS is operated by 1gpt.cc ("we", "us", or "our") and how information is handled when you visit the game or contact us. The Legal Notice names the operator and gives the contact email.
This policy is an information notice, not a waiver of privacy rights. Selecting Play now accepts the Terms of Use; it is not consent to advertising or optional tracking.
2. What happens inside the game
Your board, score, moves, current shapes, and sound/effects choices are kept in the memory of the open page. The game does not upload your score, create a player profile, provide a leaderboard, or save your progress to cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, a service worker, or a server.
Reloading the page starts a new game. Returning through browser history also starts a new game rather than restoring a previous score. A background tab may retain the current game in memory until you return or the browser unloads it. This is not a promise of forensic deletion from your device, browser history, backups, operating system, or diagnostic tools.
The game includes no account registration, chat, payment collection, advertising SDK, session replay, tracking pixel, or client-side analytics. Normal browser caching of the game files is different from saving a score.
3. Technical delivery and security data
Serving a website involves network requests. Cloudflare and the hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, requested address and request time, browser and device headers, response status, routing information, and security signals. A referring address may be supplied by your browser on arrival. We do not ask you to put personal information in a game URL.
These data are used to deliver the pages, control abusive traffic, investigate faults, and protect the service. They are separate from the in-browser game state. The application does not intentionally transmit moves or scores in requests, URLs, or event reports.
| Processing activity | Provider / retention |
|---|---|
| Origin hosting and access logs | A rented virtual server in the European Union. Access logs (IP address, time, page, browser type) are deleted automatically after about 15 days. |
| Cloudflare delivery, traffic and security records | Held by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy. This site does not export or store them. |
| Messages you voluntarily send | An email service used by the operator. Kept only as long as needed to answer, then deleted. |
Security decisions may automatically challenge, rate-limit, or block a request. They are intended to protect the site, not to assess a person's credit, employment, or eligibility for essential services. Contact us when you believe a legitimate visit was blocked.
4. Messages and voluntary sharing
When you email us, your email address, message, attachments, and correspondence metadata are handled to answer the request, verify a proportionate rights request, or address a security or legal issue. Do not send passwords, identity documents, medical information, or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
Share game opens your device's share interface or, where supported and permitted, copies the clean game link to your clipboard. It runs only when you select it. The game does not include your score, recipients, tracking parameters, or a player identifier in that link. Services you choose to share through apply their own policies. We do not read your clipboard.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
Where a law requires a legal basis, processing is limited to the relevant purpose. Delivery and proportionate security processing rely on the applicable basis for providing the requested service and our legitimate interests in operating a safe, reliable website, subject to the required balancing of those interests against your rights. Responding to correspondence relies on the relevant service or legitimate-interest basis. Required compliance, preservation, or disclosure relies on an applicable legal obligation.
Optional analytics and advertising are not enabled in this version. We do not treat visiting the site or accepting the Terms as permission for optional tracking. Any future feature requiring consent must be disclosed and lawfully enabled before it is used.
6. Recipients and international processing
Cloudflare is used for delivery and security. Hosting and correspondence providers, authorized support personnel, and professional advisers may receive information only as necessary for their functions. Information may also be disclosed where legally required, to protect legal rights with appropriate safeguards, or as part of a lawful transfer of the service with continuing privacy obligations.
Cloudflare processes some data on our behalf and some network/security information for its own purposes under its policies. We do not claim to control every independent Cloudflare record. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Its policy does not replace this site's duties.
Providers may process information outside your country, including through a global network. Applicable safeguards and transfer arrangements for this deployment: Cloudflare's standard data processing terms, which include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not build marketing profiles from your gameplay. Browser privacy signals do not enable any optional tracking because none is included in this version.
7. Retention and security
Game state is not retained by an operator database. Technical records and correspondence follow the category-specific retention information above. Where preservation is necessary for a particular incident, claim, or legal duty, relevant records may be isolated and kept for that need, rather than routinely retaining all traffic indefinitely.
Access restrictions and technical safeguards are used according to the deployment. No website can promise absolute security. Clearing cookies or closing the game does not erase previously generated hosting or security records. We do not promise fixed deletion periods for records controlled independently by a provider unless those periods have been verified.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, obtain portable data, or withdraw consent where processing actually relies on consent. You may also have a right to complain to your competent data-protection authority and to an appeal or authorized-agent process where applicable. Mandatory rights apply whether or not they are listed here.
We respond within the applicable statutory period, request only proportionate verification, and explain lawful limitations. Because there is no player account or stored score, we may not have game records to retrieve. This does not mean there can be no technical records associated with a visit. Where necessary, we will coordinate with the relevant provider; independent provider processing may also require a request to that provider.
Contact info@1gpt.cc for privacy requests and for legal or intellectual-property notices.
9. Children and family use
The game has no registration, public messaging, or requests for a child's name, age, contact details, or precise location. Technical delivery and security requests can nevertheless arise for any visitor. The absence of accounts does not eliminate children's privacy obligations.
Parents and guardians should supervise use as appropriate. Contact us when you believe information about a child has been supplied or processed in a way requiring review. We will assess the request and take the steps required by applicable law. We do not use game activity for advertising to children.
10. Changes and related notices
The revision date below changes only when this notice is revised; the automatic copyright year is not a policy update. Material changes will be brought to users' attention in a suitable way before new processing is introduced where required. The Cookie Policy provides the deployment inventory and browser-control information.
