The site is operated under the name 1gpt.cc. A hosting provider, CDN, or domain registrar is not the game's operator.
2. Copyright and permitted use
PRISM BLOCKS is an independently implemented browser game. Rights are reserved in its protectable code, artwork, layout, text, and other contributions to the extent those rights exist and are held by the identified rights holder or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, mirroring, or commercial exploitation of protected material is prohibited except as permitted by the Terms or applicable law.
A copyright notice does not create rights in unprotectable ideas, generic mechanics, facts, public-domain material, or material owned by another person. We do not claim exclusive ownership of the block-puzzle genre. The legal status and scope of any contribution depend on applicable law.
The sharing permission allows gameplay screenshots, recordings, and links under its stated conditions. Ordinary browser loading, caching, accessibility use, and legally protected uses are not prohibited. No technical measure can make publicly delivered browser code impossible to copy.
3. Names and affiliation
The PRISM BLOCKS name is used as the site's brand; no registered-trademark status is represented by this notice. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective holders. The game is not represented as an official product of a third-party app store, platform, or another game developer. Mentioning Cloudflare describes infrastructure use, not endorsement.
4. Entertainment and service disclaimer
The game is offered for entertainment. There are no cash prizes, bets, paid entries, promised winnings, persistent high scores, or guaranteed health or cognitive outcomes. There is no promise that the game is error-free or continuously available. Optional effects may not suit everyone. Relevant controls and the detailed qualifications are in the Terms of Use.
This notice does not override those Terms, privacy obligations, mandatory consumer protections, or any right that applicable law does not allow the operator to exclude.

We will assess sufficiently specific notices and take appropriate action. This is a general notice channel, not a representation that the operator has registered a statutory takedown agent or qualifies for a particular safe-harbor regime. Good-faith reporting does not require agreeing to waive rights, pay a fee, or remain silent about a lawful concern.
